Organic and eco-friendly 🌱
Fundamentally focused on an ecological approach, the farm considers and designs every aspect to preserve a high-quality environment. It heats and lights its ponds exclusively using solar energy. Since 2023, it has guaranteed its complete energy self-sufficiency through the installation of photovoltaic panels.

What is spirulina?
Spirulina is a microalga with numerous health benefits, renowned for its richness in protein, vitamins, and minerals. For centuries, people have consumed spirulina and today appreciate its many nutritional and energy-boosting properties. It provides a high concentration of iron, beta-carotene, and antioxidants, making it an excellent ally for strengthening the immune system and combating fatigue. You can easily incorporate spirulina into your diet in powder, tablet, or flake form. Athletes, vegetarians, and anyone looking for a natural and revitalizing supplement particularly appreciate it.

According to legend, spirulina was already part of the Aztec diet. It is said that Emperor Moctezuma (1467-1520), a great fish lover, used messengers to bring him fresh fish from the Gulf of Mexico, located nearly 300 km from his palace. These "fish runners" covered long distances in difficult climatic conditions and had to maintain an exceptional level of performance. To support their efforts and maintain their energy, they regularly consumed spirulina, which was an essential source of nutrition.
