We met with them to discover their journeys, their projects, and their vision of their profession. Inspiring portraits of women who shape the richness of our region every day.
🍇 Adelyne Quiot – Domaine Pierre Feu

Au Pierre Feu EstateThe history of the vine dates back to 1898, the date the family estate was established. Today, Adelyne Quiot embodies the fifth generation to bring this place steeped in history to life.
Although she has been based at the estate for four years, she had to start almost from scratch. With her partner, they imagined and built a new dynamic: creation of the winery, diversification of productions and development of new projects.
While the vineyard remains at the heart of the business, Adelyne wants to go further. Fruits, estate products, and wine tourism experiences are enriching the offerings. Together, they have also developed a reception room with kitchenallowing the estate to host events and convivial gatherings.
In the summer, the estate comes alive with the Aperitivo evenings : gourmet and welcoming gatherings where you can taste local produce and local drinks in a friendly atmosphere.
At the estate, everyone has their role: her husband is mainly in the vineyards, while Adelyne manages the administration, reception, and all the events. This complementary approach allows the Pierre Feu Estate to reinvent itself while remaining true to its history.
🐔 Audrey Cimino – The Farmyard of the Plain
At the head of The Lower Courtyard of the Plain, Audrey Cimino She built her project step by step… and above all, by herself.
Coming from a farming background, she grew up surrounded by animals and horses. Yet, it wasn't a world that particularly appealed to her at first. After working as accounting secretaryShe finally decides to embark on a new adventure.
Rather than following the traditional path of cattle farming, Audrey chose to specialize in poultryAt first, the very idea of chickens frightened him. But over time, this activity became a true passion.
She built her first chicken coops herself, gradually developed her farm, and expanded her business. Today, The Lower Courtyard of the Plain is constantly evolving.
In addition, Audrey diversified her business with cosmetic products made from goat's milkbut also with a project to farm restaurantwhere she cooks directly with the produce from her farm.
His son is also involved in the venture by developing the company's presence in the markets.
For Audrey, the most important thing remains the freedom and the pleasure of working outdoors. An entrepreneurial adventure carried out with energy and determination, which continues to grow every year.

Behind the brand The Confined Wick, there is Sandra Rambert, a passionate creator who chose to transform her passion for creative hobbies into a real professional project.
Curious and creative since childhood, Sandra already loved imagining and making her own perfumes. In 2020, she decided to make a career change and embark on a career in crafts.
The first lockdown then became a turning point. She brought her project to fruition and created her brand: The Confined Wick.
Today, Sandra realizes entirely by hand Each of her creations, from the candles to the labels, is carefully considered. She pays particular attention to the environmental impact of her products.
Her candles are made with vegetable waxes made from soy and rapeseed, without paraffin. The fragrances come from Grasse , the world capital of perfume, and are guaranteed free of CMR substances and phthalates. The wicks are free of chemical treatment and the containers are designed to be reused.

🎨Manon Ducres – CERAM ASTEQUE
À VallabreguesManon Ducrès keeps ceramics alive within the former 16th-century presbytery where her workshop is located. CERAM ASTEQUE.
She grew up in an environment close to the land and chose to turn to pottery in 2017 in order to give form to this artisanal sensibility.
To train, she joined the training program at the École de Céramique de Provence in Aubagne, where she learned pottery throwing and ceramic techniques.
Two years later, she obtained her diploma and decided to settle between Provence and Camargue, in Vallabrègues, to create a workshop in her own image, focused on the manufacture of handcrafted pieces and the transmission of know-how.
Today, she welcomes visitors, offers pottery workshops and creates custom pieces, making her studio a vibrant place where creation and sharing come together.

After several years as an accountant, Johanna discovered brewing beer. Passionate about this world, she taught herself before embarking on a career change to create her own brewery.
In her workshop, she masters the whole processFrom brewing to bottling, its beers are crafted with respect for five fundamental elements: Water, Air, Earth, Fire and Energy.
Each vintage tells a story. The labels evoke mythical figures, symbolic objects, or mysterious places.
En 2026, his signature beer, The Divine Source, was once again rewarded with a silver medalconfirming the quality and originality of his work.
