The tasting begins during the visit with a selection of 5 wines from the estate (white, rosé and red), carefully presented and explained.

The experience then continues at the estate with a gourmet aperitif featuring Southern flavors: tapenade and brandade toasts, fougasse, as well as fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables.
