The day's program, old-fashioned style:
– 9am: Lunch provided at the Grand Valat Stables
– 11:30 am: Long Abrivado and traditional Roussataïo with the Labourayre Ranch – Roussataïo from the Daïni Breeding Farm
– 12pm: Arrival at the bullring followed by the Bodega around the bullring. Entertainment provided by the Pena Lou Carretié band.
– 13 p.m.: Bullfighting Club Lunch at the Bullfighting Club Hall. Manu: Salad, Gardianne (a traditional Provençal stew), Cheese, and Ice Cream. €18, reservations required at ludovic.estevan@gmail.com
– 16:30 pm: Camargue-style bullfighting, Trophée de l'Avenir, "1st day of the Raisin d'Or – 6th Paul Laurent Memorial." Admission: €10

– 19pm: Bandido at the exit of the Arenas
– 20pm: Bodega evening, Tapas around the Arenas.
