This watchtower majestically overlooks the Petite Camargue plain. It is reached by taking a charming steep path from the village below.
Since 1875, the golden statue of Our Lady of Bellegarde, representing the Virgin and Child, has stood atop the tower. Having become the symbol of the town, it now watches over the residents of Bellegarde and visitors alike.
