Les Moulins des Aires

Museum Overview
These two mills were built between the 17th and 18th centuries on a hill overlooking the village.
The two buildings have been restored to their former appearance following a renovation that focused mainly on the exterior parts.
The 17th-century mill has undergone a more thorough restoration; it is now capable of operating and producing flour: the wings, millstones and rotating mechanism were all made according to the rules of the art thanks to the expertise of the Compagnons du Tour de France.
