Village de Jonquières-Saint-Vincent

Surrounded by vineyards and orchards, Jonquières is a pretty Provençal village where life is good. Strolling through the village streets, you'll discover two magnificent windmills. One of them is historic and dates back to the 17th century, the other is an identically reconstructed copy. These heritage features have been expertly restored by the Compagnons du Tour de France.
THE TAVIE FOUNTAIN
On the outskirts of Jonquières, you'll discover La Fontaine de Tavie. There, you'll find a pretty fountain beneath the trees, perfect for a cool picnic in the great outdoors. It's also a great starting point for a walk or bike ride along the small nature trails.
SAINT-LAURENT CHAPEL
As you leave the village, you will come across a very pretty 12th century Romanesque chapel, listed as a Historic Monument.
Inside, two Milestones dating from the Roman Emperor Claudius support the triumphal arch of the Choir.
