Museum Overview

Bellegard'Elfe Brewery is a craft brewery located in Bellegarde. The beers are brewed traditionally using the town's spring water and are made from natural ingredients, with no preservatives or added flavors.

Created in November 2016 at the home of its brewer, the Bellegard'Elfe brewery takes you into a Celtic and mythological universe where terroir, authenticity and creativity are honored.
The beers are brewed in the traditional way using the town's spring water with root (ginger), spices (star anise, cardamom, coriander, etc.), and local fruits, just like the first beers, but also refermented in bottles for natural and digestible bubbles.
Our sales are made through short supply chains in order to limit our ecological impact.
