Domaine Terre des Chardons

The Chardon family has been established in the commune of Bellegarde since 1982, in the Gard region, on a land of sun, stone, and wind. In 1999, Jérôme, Chardon's son, took over the thirty hectares of the family farm devoted to market gardening and arboriculture. He then decided to plant nine hectares of vines, which he began to cultivate according to the principles of biodynamic farming, which was then only practiced by a few avant-garde artists.*
