On the Beaucaire plain since 2021, Réjane has been cultivating saffron naturally, with elbow grease and a combination of plants, and is restoring biodiversity around saffron through the cultivation of a few medicinal plants: rosemary, true lavender, lavandin, thyme, oregano, clary sage, common sage, dandelions, plantain, mugwort.

Proud to participate in the evolution of saffron cultivation in France, each year she replants to compensate for any losses (mole rats and wireworms).

You will find products such as saffron jams, saffron mustard, honey prepared with saffron, local olive oil flavored with saffron or from local farmers, except for products that do not grow in France.

Its primary purpose is saffron and all its benefits for our well-being. Add a few medicinal plants and you can detoxify your body.

Visit only by appointment.

Please note that saffron only flowers in autumn, from the end of October to the end of November; it rests in summer.

After the first harvest and a few grams of resting time, the pistils are available for sale. They are packaged in 0.10g, 0.25g, 0.50g and 1g portions. Larger quantities can be reserved at a special price.
Category 1 Standard ISO 3632.
