Open since 2002, La Fourquette welcomes you in a warm industrial-style setting every lunchtime during the week and on Friday evenings, but also by group reservation in the evenings and weekends (birthdays, baptisms, communions, friends, family, work colleagues, etc.)

Stéphanie Belmonte, manager of the La Fourquette restaurant in Fourques since 2002, has been involved in the restaurant business since she was very young!

“My father was a pastry chef in Arles, I’ve always lived in that environment.”
Established for over 20 years in Fourques, La Fourquette has become a local favorite over the years. Open only for lunch on weekdays and Friday evenings, Stéphanie concocts dishes with Mediterranean flavors and Asian influences!

A self-proclaimed autodidact, her signature dish, the "Steph'Burger," changes regularly. The daily special, at €10, is also sure to delight gourmets.
The restaurant, located in the village's business park, can accommodate around sixty people all year round and has a small terrace in summer.
La Fourquette can be privatized for events, and Stéphanie, who has extensive experience as a pastry chef, can make number cakes for birthdays upon request. Cakes in the shape of numbers!
